Mini Butter Cookies

Delicious and easy-to-make mini butter cookies with just 3 ingredients. Perfect for a quick sweet treat!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

  • Roll small portions of dough into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between them.
  • Gently flatten the tops of the cookies with the bottom of a glass or a fork.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also add a pinch of salt to the dough for extra flavor.
