This delicious monster cookie recipe combines the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy textures with a delightful blend of peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&M's.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and softened butter until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's.
