This delicious casserole combines the flavors of Monterey chicken with the classic comfort of a spaghetti bake.

  • 2.5 cups spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.75 oz can
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies drained

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and tomatoes with green chilies.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions before serving.
