Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and tomatoes with green chilies.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
