Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle chicken tenders with olive oil. Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, pressing to coat well.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy tenders, you can broil them for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
