  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Tenderloins
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle chicken tenders with olive oil. Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, pressing to coat well.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, you can broil them for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
