  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded coconut until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. You can chill the mixture for about 15 minutes if it's too soft to handle easily.
  • Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
