Preparation Steps
Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add rolled oats and mix until evenly coated.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour, before serving.
