Instructions
Preparation Steps
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
Drain the shrimp and run under cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry.
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be served on lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.
