Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, orange juice, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the croissant pieces to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  • Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional orange zest.

This dish can be prepared the evening before and baked fresh in the morning for quick and easy breakfast gatherings.
