- 16 Bugles corn snacks whole and unbroken
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted
- 16 chocolate-covered peanut butter cups unwrapped
- 1/4 cup orange sprinkles for decorating

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the Oreo cookies in a single layer.
- Melt the chocolate chips gently in the microwave in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip the wide end of each Bugles snack into the melted chocolate and place it on top of an Oreo cookie.
- Set a peanut butter cup on the chocolate at the base of each Bugles snack to form the hat brim.
- Add orange sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft, then let the cookies stand until completely set.
