Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Top with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, almond butter, and chopped nuts.
