A delicious and easy overnight oats recipe perfect for a quick breakfast!

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1 cup milk almond milk recommended
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • 0.25 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

Preparation Steps

  • In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, almond butter, and chopped nuts.
  • Enjoy!
