Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca Flour Also known as tapioca starch
- 1 cup Milk Whole milk is best
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil Canola or sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1.5 cups Cheese Mix Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Minas cheese
- 1 Egg
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and add tapioca flour. Stir until a smooth dough forms.

Let the dough cool slightly, then add the egg and cheese mix. Mix well.
