A refreshing and easy big-batch party cocktail punch made with rum, tropical fruit juices, and sparkling ginger ale. Perfect for serving a crowd at your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rum
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup grenadine syrup
  • 2 cups ginger ale chilled
  • 1 orange sliced for garnish
  • 0.5 cup maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Ice as needed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the white rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
  • Stir the mixture well to ensure all the juices and spirits are fully blended.
  • Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled ginger ale to add a sparkling fizz.
  • Add ice directly to the punch bowl or serve over ice in individual glasses.
  • Garnish the bowl and individual glasses with fresh orange slices and maraschino cherries.

Notes

For the best sparkling effect, ensure the ginger ale is well-chilled and only added right before serving.
