This delicious peach bread is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat any time of day. It's moist, flavorful, and bursting with fresh peach flavor.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh peaches

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in chopped peaches.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
