This delightful peach crisp features sweet, juicy peaches topped with a buttery, crumbly oat topping. Perfect for a summer dessert!

  • 6 cups Sliced Peaches fresh or frozen
  • 0.75 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Crisp Topping

  • 0.75 cup Rolled Oats old-fashioned
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup Butter cold, cubed

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  • Pour peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Cut butter into the dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle crisp topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and peaches are bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra special treat!
