Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine peaches, flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
Pour peach mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Cut butter into the dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle crisp topping evenly over the peach mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and peaches are bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
