Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.75 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

  • 24 Mini Peanut Butter Cups Unwrapped

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Gently press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
