Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan and arrange pecans on top.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and other dry ingredients, then combine with wet ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter over pecans in the bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
