Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Layer pepperoni slices along the dough, slightly overlapping each other.
Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds.
Place the pepperoni roses on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
