  • 1 lb Pasta Penne or Rotini
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper Sliced (any color)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.

Notes
