  • 1 cup gluten-free pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out gluten-free pizza dough and cut into small squares.
  • Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each square.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

These pizza bites are best served warm. Feel free to add other toppings as desired.
