Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out gluten-free pizza dough and cut into small squares.
Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each square.
Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
