Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry Frozen, thawed
- 1 lb Potatoes Peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place in a tart pan. 
- Layer potato slices on the puff pastry, alternating with shredded cheese. 
- Drizzle with milk and dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. 
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
