Potato Cheese Puff Pastry Tart

A savory and cheesy potato tart baked in flaky puff pastry.

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Frozen, thawed
  • 1 lb Potatoes Peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place in a tart pan.
  • Layer potato slices on the puff pastry, alternating with shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle with milk and dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
