Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry Frozen, thawed
- 1 lb Potatoes Peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place in a tart pan.
Layer potato slices on the puff pastry, alternating with shredded cheese.
Drizzle with milk and dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
