Pretzels and Cheese Dip

A quick and easy pretzel and cheese dip perfect for game day or any gathering.

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 package mini pretzels for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium saucepan, combine shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and milk.
  • Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Pour the cheese mixture into a small oven-safe dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges.
  • Serve warm with mini pretzels for dipping.

Notes

This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
