Pulled Pork Quesadilla Delight: 7 Reasons You Can't Resist!

Savory pulled pork and melted cheese combine in a crispy quesadilla. A quick and easy weeknight meal!

  • 12 oz Pulled Pork Pre-cooked or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or your favorite cheese blend
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Barbecue Sauce Optional, for dipping

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
  • Place one tortilla, oiled-side down, in the skillet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then top with pulled pork.
  • Top with another tortilla, oiled-side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. Cut into wedges and serve with barbecue sauce, if desired.
