Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.
Place one tortilla, oiled-side down, in the skillet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then top with pulled pork.
Top with another tortilla, oiled-side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. Cut into wedges and serve with barbecue sauce, if desired.
