Ranch Pasta Salad

This Ranch Pasta Salad is a creamy and flavorful side dish, perfect for potlucks and barbecues. It's quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

  • 1 lb Pasta (rotini or shells) Cooked al dente
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 oz Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Cubed
  • 0.5 cup Cooked Bacon Crumbled

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  • Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and bacon to the dressing. Toss to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the dressing.
