Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the almond flour, mixing until just combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cool, fill the center of each cookie with a small amount of raspberry jam.
Roll the filled cookies in sliced almonds.
