Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the almond flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Once cool, fill the center of each cookie with a small amount of raspberry jam.
  • Roll the filled cookies in sliced almonds.
