Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in the almond extract.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and almond flour, mixing until just combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Make an indentation in each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
