Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the almond extract.
  • Gradually add the all-purpose flour and almond flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Make an indentation in each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
