Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
Add diced butter to the flour mixture and rub it in until coarse crumbs form.
Mix in sugar, then press the mixture into tart pans.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool slightly.
Fill cooled tart shells with fresh raspberries and serve.
Notes
This recipe can be made a day ahead. Store tarts in an airtight container.
