Raspberry Almond Tarts

A delightful combination of raspberries and almonds, these tarts are perfect for a sweet treat.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter chilled and diced
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt.
  • Add diced butter to the flour mixture and rub it in until coarse crumbs form.
  • Mix in sugar, then press the mixture into tart pans.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool slightly.
  • Fill cooled tart shells with fresh raspberries and serve.

Notes

This recipe can be made a day ahead. Store tarts in an airtight container.
