  • 1 box Puff Pastry Frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Cold
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Raspberry Jam Seedless
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unfold puff pastry and cut into desired shapes (squares or rectangles).
  • Place puff pastry shapes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  • Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in raspberry jam.
  • To assemble, spread raspberry cream between two layers of puff pastry. Top with a final layer of puff pastry.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a more intense raspberry flavor, add fresh raspberries to the cream filling.
