Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
Pour rhubarb mixture into a baking dish. Top with crumble mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
