Rhubarb Crumble

A classic rhubarb crumble recipe with a sweet and tart filling topped with a buttery crumble.

  • 4 cups Rhubarb
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Cold unsalted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
  • Pour rhubarb mixture into a baking dish. Top with crumble mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
