Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
In a baking dish, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and slightly burst.
