Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stem and slice the cabbage into 8 wedges. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture on all sides of the cabbage wedges.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wedges and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes or until golden and tender. Serve hot.
