A delicious roasted garlic and parmesan flavored vegetable side dish, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • to taste salt
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stem and slice the cabbage into 8 wedges. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt. Brush this mixture on all sides of the cabbage wedges.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wedges and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes or until golden and tender. Serve hot.
