Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
