Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles

Ingredients
- 4 packages discard seasoning packets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 green onions green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
Whisk in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until glossy.
Add the drained noodles and toss until every strand is coated and hot.
Top with sliced green onions and optional sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Use low-sodium soy sauce when possible so the sauce stays balanced.
Optional: add chili crisp or red pepper flakes for heat.
