Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 13x18 inch sheet pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with desired toppings (chocolate chips, blueberries, sprinkles, etc.).
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
