Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 13x18 inch sheet pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with desired toppings (chocolate chips, blueberries, sprinkles, etc.).
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
