Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

A comforting and hearty beef stroganoff made easily in your slow cooker. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 oz
  • 1 cup Beef Broth low sodium
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 lb Egg Noodles cooked according to package directions

Preparation Steps

  • Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the beef.
  • Pour cream of mushroom soup and beef broth over the meat and soup mix.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. For a richer flavor, use sour cream instead of cream cheese.
