Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Pour cream of chicken soup, diced green chiles, and chicken broth over the chicken.
Sprinkle rice over the mixture. Do not stir.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, use hot diced green chiles.
