  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 14 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 12 ounces smoked sausage sliced into thin rounds or quarters
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 green onions green onions, sliced white parts only reserve green parts for garnish
  • 1 bag tortilla chips for serving

Preparation Steps

  • In the order listed, layer all the ingredients into the slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2.5 hours or until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Garnish with green onions.
  • Keep slow cooker on "WARM" and serve immediately.
