Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Layer potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Top with browned pork chops.
In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and thyme. Pour over pork chops and potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Notes
Serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
