  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar for the topping.
  • Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  • Drizzle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
