Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin

A perfectly tender and juicy sous vide pork tenderloin recipe. Easy to follow instructions for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

  • 1.5 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the tenderloin in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  • Place the seared tenderloin in a vacuum seal bag and seal.
  • Cook sous vide at 145°F (63°C) for 120 minutes.
  • Remove from bag, and rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin before cooking.
