Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
Sear the tenderloin in olive oil until browned on all sides.
Place the seared tenderloin in a vacuum seal bag and seal.
Cook sous vide at 145°F (63°C) for 120 minutes.
Remove from bag, and rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin before cooking.
