Preparation Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
