Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
- 1 5-ounce can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- to taste black sesame seeds, furikake, cucumber, nori, and green onions
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Add the cooked white rice to a serving bowl and spoon the creamy tuna mixture over it.
Finish with sesame seeds, furikake, cucumber, nori, and green onions, then serve.
Use cooked rice that is chilled or at room temperature for the best texture.
Do not heat the tuna mixture.
