  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients (see recipe for details) and pour over the salad.
  • Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
