Delicious and easy steak fajitas, perfect for a quick weeknight meal. Sizzling steak strips with bell peppers and onions, served in warm tortillas.

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak Cut into thin strips
  • 2 Bell Peppers Sliced (various colors)
  • 1 Large Onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 8 Flour Tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, toss steak strips with fajita seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes more.
  • Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  • Serve steak and vegetables in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
