Combine frozen strawberries, banana, and milk (or your chosen liquid) in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries or ice cubes.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to incorporate.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
