Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana, ripe frozen for extra creaminess
  • 0.5 cup milk or almond milk, oat milk, or yogurt
  • honey or maple syrup (optional) to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Combine frozen strawberries, banana, and milk (or your chosen liquid) in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries or ice cubes.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to incorporate.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Feel free to customize this smoothie with other fruits like blueberries or add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
