Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and immediately press a white chocolate kiss onto the top of each cookie.
Let cool completely on baking sheets before serving.
