Strawberry Kiss Cookies

These delightful Strawberry Kiss Cookies are a perfect blend of buttery shortbread and sweet strawberry flavor. Easy to make and even easier to devour!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 12 ounces white chocolate kisses

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and immediately press a white chocolate kiss onto the top of each cookie.
  • Let cool completely on baking sheets before serving.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
