Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pretzel crust.
In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sliced strawberries.
Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with additional sliced strawberries or whipped cream before serving.
