Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and cumin to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
Notes
Serve hot with a side of your favorite vegetables.
