Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and cinnamon together.
  • Add the melted butter and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the sliced apples and pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
