Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread refried beans evenly over the bottom. Top with the seasoned ground beef and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and then top with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Top with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
