  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn thawed
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Taco Seasoning

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, onion, black beans, and corn. Heat through.
  • Combine cooked pasta and beef mixture in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.
